Refund policy

All items come with a money back guarantee. If you decide to return the purchased item without any reason, you can do so within 7 calendar days.
The product packaging must be intact, with all original tags and protective bags remaining, and the product must look exactly as it did when purchased. If you have damaged the packaging, you will no longer be able to return the quality product and get your money back after more than 7 days.
It is important to mention that the product must not have lost its commercial appearance, and the product must be returned in the same package as you received it.

  1. Defects of the sold goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are replaced, returned according to the Minister of Economy in 2001. June 29 by order no. 217 "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods" by the approved rules for the return and exchange of goods.
  2. In order to return the product(s) in the cases specified in point 1. of the Rules, the Buyer must fill out the product return document, which is sent by e-mail at the Buyer's request and submit it together with the returned product(s).
  3. The Buyer may use the right provided for in Clause 2 of the Rules, the rights of the buyer, within 7 (seven) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods to him, by informing the Seller about it in the Rules, buyer's rights, 2. Points in the prescribed manner.
  4. Money for returned goods is returned to the buyer by transfer to the buyer's account within 3 working days.
  5. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in this article
  6. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
    • the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
    • the product must be undamaged by the Buyer.
    • the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
    • the returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer;
    • when returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document, the warranty card (if it was issued) and the completed return document specified in point 2 of the Rules.
    • Please pack the product properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will not be able to provide warranty service.
